O2Ticket provides a safe, efficient way to get tickets to your favorite events. We produce hundreds of thousands of tickets for the most desirable events throughout the year, and we have offices in the United States and throughout the Caribbean.
How Do I get an Account?
All customers are required to create an account. You may create an account at any time, or do so automatically during the checkout process. You can login at any time and click on “My Passport” to see your previous purchases and eTickets.
How are my tickets delivered?
Tickets are delivered to the purchaser’s email address after payment has been confirmed. You may log in to the site at any time and download previous tickets. Only the purchaser may log in to download the tickets.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund any purchase requested before a the listed start time of an event. After an event has passed no refunds will be processed, unless in someway the event organizer altered offerings of the event or failed to execute properly. This may or may not include artiste cancellation, venue change, time or date change, technical failure or other accidents or acts of god. Refunds requested after an event are made on a case-by-case basis after consulting with the event organizer.
Are tickets transferable?
While we discourage transferring eTickets due to security reasons, we will permit someone other than the listed ticket holder to redeem the ticket. Each eTicket is valid for only one scan. If they are duplicated illegally, each subsequent ticket will scan invalid. Any invalid tickets will be denied entry, even if your name is listed on the ticket and you can verify your identity. Preventing eTicket abuse is the customer’s responsibility.
Why is there a ticket delivery fee for electronic tickets?
All eTickets are charged an additional delivery fee. This fee is used to maintain site security and ensure a superior experience for both event attendees and organizers.
Is there an ID check at the door?
We understand that it can be difficult or unsafe to carry proper ID to some events and when on vacation, so we are lifting our ID check requirement. Effective for all tickets purchased on or after Christmas of 2015, IDs are no longer required to use with eTickets. All ticket holders must have their eTicket present upon entry. Without a valid eTicket, with a properly displayed barcode, entry will be denied. Any customers attempting to redeem a ticket more than once will be denied entry and possibly prosecuted under applicable domestic and international laws.
